I know how much some of you guys love putting these Hello Kitty animated gif things up on your blogs and websites, and they are so super cute. How colorful and kawaii are they?? ^_^
You will need an image editing program that you can make gif animations on. I use Jasc Animation Shop. Just create different images, so that when you loop the frames, it gives the "sparkling" appearance. I'm not sure how to explain it without giving an example, sorry >.<
